The project is located in the small town Ahlen in Germany. This town has structural problems. Especially the aging society is one of them. To counteract these problems the Dynamuli is planned as a housing cooperative in which all generations shall live together in a community. The building creates a connection between two streets which where isolated before. An event location and co-working spaces are located on the ground floor and the garden is partially open for the public. The connecting approach of the ‘Dynamuli’ is all about bringing people together.
